Application for a South Carolina Marriage License
If you are 18 years old or older, you will need to present the following:
Driver's License or picture ID. (Picture ID must have date of birth)
Social Security Number
$50.00 cash application fee, exact amount only (we do not make change)
Marriage Licenses are issued Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Ceremonies
Appointments for ceremonies may be made at the time of application
