The Planning and Building Services Department is committed to achieving a livable community by protecting the health, safety and welfare of Jasper County’s citizens. The Department works to achieve these goals by the: development of the County Comprehensive Plan; management of the Zoning and Land Development Regulations Ordinances; and enforcement of Building Codes. Staff works closely with citizens and applicants to oversee and approve the development of property under the adopted regulations.
